Kobe Bryant vs Michael Jordan

Now obviously the stats in the pic are a bit outdated but you get the point. Michael Jordan definitely has the edge in numbers and individual statistics. In my opinion he is the greatest of all time, period. No athlete is a more superior standout as "the greatest" in any recognizable sport other than Jordan. I definitely think Bryant is one of the best all time but doesnt cut it as the greatest. He has had much better teamates than Jordan. Shaquille Oneal being the main one which is responsible for Bryant getting three of his rings. Yes, I also do acknowledge that Jordan also had some pretty good teamates also like Scottie Pippen, but Scottie Pippen is no Shaquille Oneal. I also think the "clutch" factor also favors Jordan. I just havent seen Kobe getting it done in the 4th quarter like he used to. At the end of the day these two will go down as two of the best to ever play but whose side are you on?

What is it to be succesful?

A lot of us people always want more out of life but when can we be genuinely called succesful? Successful to me is being content with where you are, what you became, and who you are in life. In my case, this means graduating college, making my parents/myself proud, earning enough money in my profession to live comfortably. By living comfortably I mean being able to have a nice apartment/or small house, having enough money to own a vehicle, travel maybe every year or every other year, go out every weekend as i please and obviously not live paycheck to paycheck like some youthfuls do. The most important part of being successful to me is being happy with my life. I am content with where I am in life but part of me being successful is also progressing towards the things ive mentioned. To me its very simple things that would dub me successful but these are things that are important to me and are obviously not the same for everyone. I think once people decide what being successful is for them and outline the details specifically, it would be much more easier and the would be more focused to attain their goals. What would make you successful?

Getting Started

Here I am at work sitting on my desk with nothing to do. I made this blog account a while ago and havent even posted. Maybe this is a good time to take a crack at it. Anyway I am a young male in my early 20s born and raised in NJ to a Dominican family. My goal with this blog is to basically just try something new and get a bit personal. I actually am not the type of person who shares personal things with anyone at all so this is something new for me.
